Beal Homes has entered the next phase of its highly demanded The Greenways development, bringing 76 new homes to Goole – including a new design.

Phase three will bring the total number of properties delivered on the 73-acre site to more than 200, with first-time buyers expected to move into homes in this final phase within a year.

When the whole development is complete, The Greenways will comprise 800 homes, making it the largest single project in the history of the East Yorkshire company.

Beal’s Construction Manager, Andy Devine, said: ‘Since we said ‘hello Goole’ when we launched The Greenways in 2020, we have made excellent progress in delivering this game-changing development for the town. .

“The pace of construction reflects the exceptionally strong demand we continue to experience for all types of homes available at The Greenways.

“It’s also hugely encouraging considering this is the largest development in Beal’s history, as well as a very significant commitment to bringing a new, high-quality residential community to one of of the most promising towns in Yorkshire.”

To date, more than 80 buyers have moved into The Greenways, with another 25 properties booked and nearly 30 Beal customers due to pick up the keys to their new homes over the next few weeks.

The development is supporting the creation of hundreds of new jobs in Goole and the town’s impressive economic growth. Major developments in Goole include a £200million Siemens Mobility manufacturing plant, forming the centerpiece of a new ‘railway village’ and a global distribution center for the FTSE 100 company and regional giant Croda.

The third phase of The Greenways will include a wide range of two, three and four bedroom homes from Beal. They include a new type of house – The Castleton, a detached three-bedroom house which is described as offering “a bright and spacious hallway, a large kitchen/dining room perfect for hosting guests and folding doors to the garden, ideal for al fresco dining.

Buyers have the opportunity to work with Beal’s expert designers to tailor their home to their lifestyle and tastes, with a new headquarters emerging in Hessle to build on the experience-driven approach.
