The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, together with its consultant, developed the draft townwide urban design guidelines. The guidelines will be used by the development community, city departments and the general public to ensure that all future developments – including homes, commercial and industrial properties, landscaped areas etc. – reflect the local context and the character of the city while integrating innovative innovations. ideas and best practices. The guidelines will help shape future development in the urban areas of Bradford and Bond Head, and guide the continued evolution from a small rural town to a mid-sized urban centre.

Two virtual public consultation sessions will take place on June 28, 2022 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m..

We will begin each session with a presentation, followed by a period of questions and discussion with all participants. The sessions will be broadcast live and recorded on the City’s YouTube channel.
