Knights has reached an agreement to take over Globe Consultants, a Lincoln-based consulting firm specializing in urban planning and development.
The acquisition means four urban planning specialists will join Knights.
In March Knights switched to Langleys Solicitors and now employs 45 people in Lincolnshire.
John Tansur, Director of Client Services at Knights, said: “We are delighted to enhance our existing client offering and strengthen our presence in Lincolnshire with the addition of the talented Globe team. We look forward to welcoming them to the Knights as we continue to build our strong position in regions outside of London. »
Phil Scrafton, Managing Director of Globe, said: “Following my plans to retire at the end of the financial year, the Globe team will begin an exciting new chapter at Knights with a wider range of services and expertise that will benefit our customers. Having known the Knights team for some time, this is a great opportunity to unlock growth within a larger group.
James Rigby, Director of Planning and Development at Globe added: “We are delighted to join Knights and look forward to combining our existing expertise with that of the established Knights team, for the benefit of our customers.
