The Town of Cortlandville Planning Board meeting scheduled for tomorrow, August 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building has quite an agenda, one of the big conversations is Regan developer Larry Regan Development.

An application for site plan approval will be submitted at tomorrow’s meeting for a scaled down version of what Regan Development originally proposed earlier this year next to JM Murray on Route 13.

Some of the adjustments being at a new address, and now a single building. The proposed new address is now located at 978 NYS Route 13 in Cortlandville, between Country Max and United Auto Supply.

The proposed singular building would be 4 stories high and would include both residential and commercial spaces. The property would also include a recreation area and a playground. The building’s total square footage would be 86,544 square feet, or 21,636 square feet per floor.

In total, there would be 68 multi-family units and 6,278 square feet of retail space.

Access to the building would be shared by the Country Max entrance currently.

The property is currently owned by Joesph and Dante Armideo and is undeveloped.
